Air Conditioning Energy Assessments and Inspections When a business operates from within a commercial premises it is a legal requirement for buildings with air conditioning systems to undergo Air Conditioning Energy Assessments (ACEA) and Inspections (ACEI) in accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012.
